Not fond of the linens at your reception location? Not a problem. A good rental shop will carry linens in every color of the rainbow, not to mention floral patterns, stripes and more. Even if your site offers fine china, you might consider a visit to the rental store to examine some other patterns. You can also choose your tableware from among a variety of silverware, flatware, glassware and silver service.

If you're planning an outdoor affair, tents are available in a variety of sizes ranging from small, brightly colored awnings to huge "banquet halls" accommodating hundreds of people -- complete with walls, climate controls and lighting systems.

Generally, tents can be used in our area from May through September. To furnish your tent you can rent floors, platforms, dance floors and stages. Add an altar, some tables, chairs and audio equipment and presto! -- you have a wedding and reception site. Of course, for a garden wedding you'll need arches and valances, fountains, wishing wells and umbrellas.
